Hey! We're Diana and Magda.

We first met in a concert photo pit, surrounded by noise, movement, and emotion. It’s a place where you learn to trust your instincts, stay present, and react right in between two music notes. That turned out to be the start of everything for us.

Live music and film have always been part of our individual stories. We both studied film at university, and that intentional way of seeing has stayed with us. It shapes how we notice light, atmosphere, pacing, and the small moments you’d otherwise miss. We’re drawn to the in-between things, the quiet glances and details that often end up meaning the most. This way of working now guides us through any day where emotions are raw and fleeting, and excitement and vulnerability intertwine.

Between us, we bring over 30 years of experience behind the camera, shaped by music venues, long days, late nights, and a deep love for honest visual storytelling.

Our approach is documentary photography with an editorial edge, which really just means we’re not interested in staging your day or turning it into something it isn’t. We work quietly and intuitively, focusing on the nervous energy before you walk in, the looks you exchange when nobody is paying attention, your guests’ giggles, and the beautiful mess of it all. Real always wins.

We are based in London and the East of England, but we are always happy to pack a bag and follow you wherever your story leads. If your day takes place in a city, a field, a pub, a forest, or halfway across the world, we’re in (memory cards ready, comfy shoes already packed).

Connection matters loads to us, so we’ll always want to know you properly. How you met, who makes the tea, what you dance to when nobody is watching, these are details that help us tell your story with honesty. We believe photography is a shared experience, so we want to feel your day alongside you, holding space for the big moments and the subtle ones.

If that sounds like your way of doing things (weddings, engagements, parties, or any other story you want to capture), get in touch.

More about us

When we’re not photographing people or standing in dark music venues, you’ll usually find us slowing life down a lil’. Reading books. Falling down music rabbit holes. Going for runs to clear our heads. Stopping to stroke every pet we’re allowed to. Sitting with a coffee and talking about life, art, films, and whatever song we’ve had on repeat that week.

We’re curious people. We love listening, learning, noticing, and we think all of that feeds into how we photograph, because the more present we are in everyday life, the more present we can be with you.

And yes, we will absolutely be the photographers who get excited if your venue has a friendly cat (or two) wandering around.
